Mixing Boot Camp is a two day workshop designed to take your mixing skills to the next level. This intense week-end of training will show you techniques to make dramatic improvements in your mixing with any genre of music and any mixing set up.
The course is taught in a hybrid mixing environment showing the pros and cons of various analog and digital mixing tools and how to get the best out of the various options. Ronan will show you strategies to approach a mix, solve problems in tracking and manipulate the mix for various genres of music.
This is an intermediate course. You must have previous recording-mixing experience to attend.

Using EQ to create presence, clarity and punch
Compression as a creative tool.
Creating depth with and without reverb.
Salvaging drum tracks with and without sample replacement.
Critical Listening.
Understanding your mixing environment
Avoiding common mixing mistakes.
